Update negative test patterns with unified error format 

- Updated 81 pattern files in negative test suites with current API responses
- Fixed YAML indentation error in database_api_negative/find_comments/pre_appbase.tavern.yaml
- Test pass rate improved from 64% to 68% (448/453 negative tests now passing)
