Testing theory about wrong plan for update_posts_rshares

1) the eplanner takes NLJ instead of HashJoin because SET LOCAL enable_seqscan=False -> we don't want to use seq scan
2) the planner has wrong statistics for hive votes, it assusmes that one
post has 2800 votes, but there is 17 votes per post
