Update bridge_api_negative patterns with hived-compatible error format

- Updated all 234 bridge_api_negative pattern files
- Pattern files now contain hived-compatible error structure
- Includes structured data with assert_hash and proper error codes
- Tests configured to ignore timestamp field variations
