Draft: Updated DeepDiff package reference (specified in tox.ini) required by HAfAH testing.

Seems that DeepDiff[murmur] extension is not available yet in given installation form:

WARNING: deepdiff 5.8.1 does not provide the extra 'murmur'

Due to DeepDiff troubleshooting docs, mumrmur installation procedure has been changed to the one mentioned in doc: https://zepworks.com/deepdiff/current/troubleshoot.html

Required by HAfAH pattern tests.
