Extend existing broadcasting tests

All broadcast tests have been extended:

  • add tests for broadcast_transaction_synchronous and broadcast_transaction with rejected transaction,
  • test an additional argument and incorrect type of argument in condenser broadcast_transaction and broadcast_transaction_synchronous.
