Supplement collection of dynamic memory allocation with missing classes

Only 3 out of 14 were properly calculating dynamic allocations (it was like that since forever).

Also fixed problem with AH-RocksDB that was not properly updating amount of total memory when volatile_operation_objects were moved to DB.
