Bump aiohttp version to 3.9.1

Bumping aiohttp version to the most recent one for 2 reasons:

1. in clive the version already is 3.9.1 and it was bumped (also from 3.8.5) for the reason 2nd reason mentioned below. Now clive wants to bump it's hived version because of fixed bugs in beekeeper and it cannot be done because its aiohttp version conflicts with help aiohttp version.
2. as @gandalf noticed on GitHub, we got some dependabot alerts for that aiohttp dependency.
