default POSTGRES_USER value inside docker_entrypoint.sh should match default value inside install/unistall scripts (haf_admin) to avoid permission errors while uninstall is performed
uninstall script supports partial cleanup to support cases when internally used HAFAH and Btracker apps should be left untouched.
