Supplement to HAF and HAF-apps dockerization stuff

Bartek Wrona requested to merge bw_haf_dockerized_setup_supplement into develop
  • .prepare_haf_data_5m_image base job definition supplemnted by producing an .env file containing HAF_IMAGE_NAME
  • trusted authentication is allowed for hive user connected from docker network
  • defined dedicated scripts to prepare ci-base-image images
  • fixed bugs in scripts detecting already existing image in docker registry (previously image has been always rebuilt)
