Reduce unnecessary artifacts in CI jobs in haf

Radosław Masłowski requested to merge rm-refactor-jobs-to-exclude-unncecessary-files-in-haf into develop

In this MR is exclude block_log, block_log.artifacts, rocksdb database and shared_memory from CI jobs. Previously generated unnecessary artifacts are not stored, and jobs are protected from accidental generation of such artifacts in the future.
