Don't treat warnings as errors because this

Marcin Sobczyk requested to merge ms_add_more_logs_on_ci into develop

could lead to double error situation and python hanging forever. As a consequence job with double errors would take 4 hours (timeout for jobs on gitlab) and we don't get artifacts in that case.
