PostgreSQL dependencies moved to postgres_includes.hpp common header,... 

PostgreSQL dependencies moved to postgres_includes.hpp common header, including diagnostic pragmas (to disable annoying warnings) like also prevent conflict between Postgres and fc elog macro.
