tests: fix for WAL latency during live sync tests

Previously blocks and irreversible events were added synchronously with
hived, it means when hived confimed irreversible block, it was sure that
hfm has already copy the block to irreversible table. After introducing WAL we don't
know when block will land in irreversible tables because blocks and
events are no longer dumped synchronosly with processing blocks by hived
