remove hive.operation domain

While using the hive.operation domain for HAF clients was initially appealing, it proved impractical. To enable the PostgreSQL planner to utilize indexes on the hafd.operation table, explicit casts to hafd.operation were required, which ultimately broke encapsulation. This undermined the purpose of introducing hive.operation and nullified its intended benefits.
