Identifier set generated for operation participants or permlinks, is now enclosed by dedicated function call to simplify main query and get better perf. results.
Fixed bug in filling a account/permlink cache when just one identifier should be dumped.
Temporary blocked schema generation due to strange problems in database recreation from plugin level.
