severity warning instead of info for contexts log 

HAF raises messages with WARNING severity to prevent forcing Python applications to use the INFO severity level for the SqlAlchemy logger. This change reduces log clutter caused by excessive internal SqlAlchemy messages, ensuring that logs remain focused and manageable for applications like Hivemind.
