disable fast live sync

fast live sync was started after the node ends replay block_log.
The node has started to sync with p2p, and all blocks have landed
in reversible tables. But after the node moves to live sync, then
all this reversible data have to be copied to irreversible what takes
a lot of time ( see issue #22 ).
