docker compose stack configuration, containing: postgrest, pgHero, pgAdmin and... 

docker compose stack configuration, containing: postgrest, pgHero, pgAdmin and underlying HAF instance. Compose files are splitted to allow partial deployments of things specific to backend services, monitoring/perf. analysis tools like also HAF-application itself.
