Created builld_and_setup_haf_instance.sh script being responsible for checkout...

Created builld_and_setup_haf_instance.sh script being responsible for checkout and build of HAF sources. Additionally it supports build from pointed source directory (instead of source checkout).
setup_haf_instance.sh script is now responsible for starting HAF instance using pointed directory containing binaries (also option --skip=build has been eliminated due to split of scripts)
