Joyride

Improved utilization of Tooltip by adding a second parameter to the constructor
Added triggerClass-option to be able to set it to empty for Joyride (it is still has-tip by default)
Included SCSS (still need to find the best way to use inheritance with Tooltip)
Improved Doc page
Added first draft of a trigger to start Joyride manually
