Make Keyboard util use getFnName from core 

Addresses comment of @zurbchris in #227.
Keyboard util now uses the getFnName function provided by Foundation core.
The getFnName function needed to be tweaked to also accept instanced of Plugins as used in Keyboard util. I am not sure if this works for IE9, since there is a polyfill.
