Link Redirects

As a blogger who has referenced the devportal in the past, I would like for these past links to continue to work, so that I do not have to edit my article.

There's a small number of links to the devportal from various blogs that link are now broken due to branding or other changes. As a general rule, any URI on the devportal that must be changed to a new URI due to either branding or other reorganization improvements should leave a stub that has an automated redirect to the new URI that replaces the stub. This stub should include a canonical_url to the new URI as well, to aid SEO.
