Paranoid External Linking

As a reader of devportal, I would like for all links controlled by Steemit, Inc. to link through a solution like archive.is, so that if they ever take down these historic links, we still have access to them.

Note, the links being referred to are not typically repo links to code, as such. They are typically issues or pull requests where design discussions historically took place during development of steem, and thus have relevance to hive.

2. There is a link to:

• https://github.com/steemit/steem/issues/301

3. Which can be archived to:

• https://archive.is/GBQNi

Ideally, these resources would be archived to the blockchain, but archive.is can be a good first step.
