fix: Allow consecutive dashes in account name validation

Remove incorrect validation rule that rejected consecutive dashes
in Hive account names. Consecutive dashes are valid - for example,
account 'a--a' exists on the Hive blockchain.

This was incorrectly rejecting valid accounts in login forms and
transfer dialogs.
