This refactor allows for post list items to have hyperlinked categories based on sort order(Improved Navigation) (#353)

-  Update UI to hyperlink category on post list views

-  Hyperlink post list category based on location state

* remove unnessary a tag triggering nested js error

* refactor nested author, timestamp, and category links to allow for category linking based on sort state

* include sort path for linking nested post summary categories

* taglist for category link logic

* remove un-needed sort order
