Add two user typo accounts and remove errant accounts

@TimCliff provided me with a list of accounts that we both thought were just the exchange placeholder accounts he made, however it included multiple non-bad-actor accounts that he has created for other people. The list he gave me has been checked for non-typo accounts and they have been removed. www.wavesplatfor is removed because the risk of someone accidentally sending funds to that account is infinitesimally close to zero. www.quebex.com has been removed because the account made a post as if it were from the company, and the risk of mis-sent funds to that account is also very low.
