772 utilize new get follow count (#845)

* Update follow watcher, update fetch follow update follow count state

* Request follow count, use new follow count values for UI

* Include follow watches in universal

* Include map for following and follower count

* Update flow for follower render, look for follow count results

* Update conditional for rendering totalCounts

* Include fetchFollowcount as fork in username state

* Remove crufty un-needed follower watchers

* Remove Watchers from Universal Render

* Remove whitespace

* Remove crufty un-needed dispatch action

* Check against count rather then lookup
