* Sign up waitlist updates

* New link clicked and approved fields

* Refactor wait columns to users, update logic to create new identities

* Protect for edge case email is verified before phone verifcation

* Add callback from invs captcha process

* Include assets script push for submit form, id for form, inclusion of invisiable captcha
