Add accounts created by @steemit (see comment)

I realize, because of the colored label of "bad actors" given to these accounts via the filename, that these accounts may seem out of place. Check their blockchain history and you'll see they are not refunding user funds from mistaken/naive transfers. Ned has said to me that Steemit Inc does not hold the private keys for these accounts.
