1162 no signup link authenticate (#1176) 

* #1162 Add new sign up link in authenticate popup, change verbiage for authenticate popup to be more descriptive on actual action

* New styleing for authenticate with large call to action, track sign up click based on operation type

* Eslint cleanup, get element value for server record event

* Include metrics tracking for attempted sign-ins, update consistent conventional namespace for share metrics
