Introduce run-pytest common script

In hived repository some time ago there was run-pytest anchor script created to simplify the launch of pytest tests.

Because such a launch requires additional switches e.g. --timeout, --junitxml etc. Such a command becomes long and it's easy to forget about some (common) settings. run-pytest solved that issue in hive repository, and will be now available among all repositories (Clive is mainly interested)
