feat: add FORCE_EXTRACT option and pre-extraction cleanup 

- Add FORCE_EXTRACT environment variable to bypass cache checks (debugging)
- Add pre-extraction cleanup to remove partial data before extracting
- Update documentation with new option

These improvements were identified from hivemind's cache extraction logic.
