Issue #16 hived build refactoring to reuse existing parts from Hived repo

Bartek Wrona requested to merge bw_issue_16_reuse_hived_image into develop
  1. Hived build process is reused from Hive repo. Also it is looking for prebuilt Hived image first, matching to hive submodule revision.
  2. Refactored docker definitions like also image builds. Introduced build_instance.sh and run_instance.sh scripts to follow Hive-tools starting procedures
