Add Quick Setup Form that allows to quickly configure whole wallet

In this implementation:

  • Add view that allows managing private keys
  • Add view that allows managing watched accounts
  • Add view that allows managing nodes
  • Add support for floats (dialogs/messagebox)
  • Add interface for conversion from View to FormView
  • Add auto-merging of Form and FormView keys
