Notice widget changes

Mateusz Kudela requested to merge mkudela/transaction_summary_fixes into develop

includes:

  • refactor of Notice widget - it now inherits from CliveWidget and yields DynamicLabel or Label, it's now shrinkable too
  • modification of texts in notice widgets in transaction summary
  • small improvement of TitledLabel
