Bunch of fixes

This MR:

• Hide the RAW operations tab
• Place CTRL+X always at the first position in the footer (Placing it at the end is not that easy as we would have to override Textual's private method of Footer._make_key_text, since there is no interface exposed for this - thats prone to errors when new version of Textual comes. Also it will require calculating how many spaces to insert before and it will introduce another problem - what to display when terminal width is not enough as currently Textual handles it like that: . )
• Remove "Enough RC for approx"
