Create a separate place for humanize/pretty formatting

Requires: !125 (merged) to be merged first

This way we have usage of external dependencies in a single place, and there is one way of pretty formatting, and not every class redefines it in private methods.

Also solves the issue with pretty formatting assets in cart:

Ad 2. The transfer amount in the basket should be clearly presented as the amount and currency.
