TUI - implementation of the generic dialog screen

Since we don't know when textual will publish its implementation of the dialog screen, we should implement our own. At the moment we are using five modal screens: alarm details, adding an account from the dashboard, choosing liquid operation to perform, switching a working account and displaying witness details. All these screens should have a common base class.
