Use clive authority wrappers in authority screen

Also:
-merge MemoItem and AuthorityItem into one class
-manage display of all widgets instead of rebuilding them every time
-rename AuthorityType into AuthorityRole
-rename authority_operation attribute into autorities
-rename Authority screen into AuthorityDetails
-completely refactor apply_authority_filter
-rename RemovePrivateKeyButton into RemoveKeyAliasButton
-rename rebuild_after_clearing_authority_filter into
handle_filter_cleared
-add _create_widgets_to_mount to AccountCollapsible
-change moment of applying filters - it was moved from rebuilding all
widgets to update methods
-adjust docstrings
