Properly handle CommandRequiresUnlockedModeError in TUI

This could happen with the new mechanism of determining if clive should
be locked/unlocked. Because we no longer receive notification, but we
ask beekeeper ourselfs, there might be a time window between 2 queries
in which user makes action that requires unlocked mode and Clive would
crash.
