Integrate PY layer with CLI show commands

Updates CLI show commands to use the new PY layer:
- show_accounts: Uses ShowAccountsPy for account listing
- show_authority: Uses ShowAuthorityPy for authority display
- show_balances: Uses ShowBalancesPy for balance information
- show_witnesses: Uses ShowWitnessesPy with WitnessesResult for witness listing
- show_profile: Await async _show_accounts_info method

This ensures CLI and PY share the same business logic,
reducing code duplication and maintaining consistency.
