Bump textual to 0.41.0 

Fixes:
There was an issue with LoadingIndicator causing app crash
because Textual had an issue:
https://github.com/Textualize/textual/issues/3600

which resulted from event (still persists) processing order:
https://github.com/Textualize/textual/issues/2914
