Update WalletDoesNotExistsError expected error message 

It was changed in the beekeeper.
- was: `Assert Exception:wallet->load_wallet_file(): Unable to open file: `
- and now is: `Assert Exception:_new_item->load_wallet_file(): Unable to open file: `

better to look just for the "Unable to open file" text.
