Add `clive beekeeper sync` command

This command is required in such a flow:

- <profile craeted, working account is set, otherwise import-key will fail>
- clive beekeeper import-key
- clive accounts working unset
- <clive will lost info about associated public keys>
- clive account working set
- clive list keys
- <no keys>
- clive beekeeper sync
- clive list keys
- <keys imported from beekeeper - aliases are public keys>
