Issue #588 - Add mobile scroll icons on dialogs

Hello @mcfarhat, As discussed and due to the overlaying issue, I was only able to add the mobile scroll icons on the dialog as absolute icons so they will not move as we scroll down, but will appear on the table on a stable position for now. Other tables should stay intact as I added a new prop that addresses the dialog windows
