#397 Fix hashes on block page

For some reason first 2 symbols from hashes was cut.

@mcfarhat Block search by hash is possibly slow on back end , because I can see it took 15 seconds to find block number by hash, so probably would be worth to look at backend for some improvements. Adding screenshot below
