#392_part2_simplify_URL_route_build

NOTE: Please have in mind that this was quite tricky change and might be some places where I missed something, testing required.

Changes in this MR:

  • Change method how url are build and use web API instead custom custom function (will need to check through project if there's any old usage of url params and change it everywhere, main focus now was on search section to fix whats broken)
  • Add navigation with params included when permlink is clicked (permlink search result table)
  • Show operations with filters and other params on comments page after page refresh, now this link can be shared will all selected params.
