NavBar Revamp

In this issue, we will address revamping the following :

1. Convert the sync info into a button/icon
2. Remove the witnesses link and add it to the Top Witnesses Card
3. Push the Logo to the Left
4. Revamp the toggle switch of the theme into a button/icon
5. Revamp styles of the ViewPopper
6. Push all buttons/icons to the right before
7. Revamp the search bar so that it has a standard width and is expanded on click

@delrifai top witness card already has witness link, it's at the bottom of the card See more

Thanks for your note! We are pointing to the witnesses link in the navbar to move it to somewhere else where the user can see it better and more user friendly
