Account value not properly aligned

Account value in Wallet section of account page is not properly aligned to two decimal places. Example: https://hivescan.info/@hyhy123? - account with 0 value shows 0$ instead of 0.00$, similar thing happens when value is positive, but it just happens to have none or just one decimal place in value.

This issue should be resolved when the fix in issue #417 (closed) is merged
