Block Range Search giving errors when to block is less than to block

On the search pages like the main page or even the account page whenever I select the range "Block Range" and accidentally set To Block to be Less than From Block I am getting bad Request errors.

Expected behavior: A Styled error bubble should appear with the case.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to main page

2. Click on Block Search

3. Select from Range Block Range

4. Set To Block to be less that From Block

5. Notice the errors

      Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)
