Block Range Search giving errors when to block is less than to block
On the search pages like the main page or even the account page whenever I select the range "Block Range" and accidentally set To Block to be Less than From Block I am getting bad Request errors.
Expected behavior: A Styled error bubble should appear with the case.
Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to main page

Click on Block Search
-
Select from Range Block Range
-
Set To Block to be less that From Block
-
Notice the errors
